### How to get help

For a pre-purchase question about an item, a club request, or a general inventory question, use this form or email [hello@infinitefairway.com](mailto:hello@infinitefairway.com). Item questions include the listing details when you arrive from a product page.

For an existing eBay order, open the order in your eBay purchase history and contact the seller there. You can also [visit our eBay store](https://www.ebay.com/str/infinitefairway); this link opens the store, not a message thread.

For return questions, email [returns@infinitefairway.com](mailto:returns@infinitefairway.com). For shipping or website help, email [support@infinitefairway.com](mailto:support@infinitefairway.com). Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
